You can make a thin crust pizza base by following this simple recipe

Ingredients

• 2 cups all purpose Flour
• ¾ cup warm water
• 1 packet active dry yeast
• ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
• ¾ tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 3 tbsp olive oil/vegetable oil

Directions

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. You can also use fresh yeast from the previous batch (a small portion of the previously prepared dough for pizza or bread using yeast).

Sift flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt and sugar along with the yeast to the flour. Knead to form smooth dough adding 1 tbsp oil and water as required.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave it to rise in a warm place for about an hour. You can save this dough in the refrigerator for future use or use it instantly. Roll out the dough of ½ inch uniform thickness. Bake the pizza base at 220 °C for 20 minutes.
